Available at the venue subject to capacity. Advance registration is recommended for smoother entry and event updates.

On-site delegate registration may be available at the venue, subject to capacity. However, advance registration is strongly recommended to secure your pass, receive event updates and allow the EACMC team to support planning for delegate access and matchmaking.

Matchmaking Clarification

Matchmaking registration does not automatically guarantee a meeting, introduction, buyer appointment, business transaction or commercial outcome. Confirmed meetings and introductions will be communicated separately to participating delegates where applicable.

Can I buy tickets for more than one person?

Yes. Organisations may purchase tickets for multiple attendees. Please ensure that each attendee’s name, email address, organisation and contact details are entered correctly during registration.

Will I receive a ticket after payment?

Yes. After successful registration and payment, your ticket confirmation and QR-coded pass will be sent to the email address provided during registration.

Can I attend only one day?

Yes. You may select a Day 1, Day 2 or Day 3 Delegate Pass if you only wish to attend one specific conference day.

What is the best pass for the full EACMC experience?

The Three-Day Delegate Pass is recommended for participants who want full access to the conference programme, exhibition, delegate networking and matchmaking opportunities across all three days.

Does my ticket guarantee business meetings?

No. Delegate registration allows you to provide information that may support business matchmaking and relevant introductions. However, meetings, introductions and commercial outcomes are not guaranteed unless confirmed separately by the EACMC team.

Will on-site tickets be available?

On-site registration may be available subject to venue capacity. Advance registration is strongly recommended to secure your pass and receive important event communication before EACMC 2026.

Can I transfer my ticket to someone else?

No. Ticket transfers are not permitted, as all attendees will be required to present valid identification for verification at the event.

Does the Visitor Pass include conference access?

No. The Exhibition Visitor Pass provides access to the exhibition and public visitor activities only. It does not include paid conference sessions, delegate-only networking areas or closed business meetings.

What should I bring to the venue?

Please bring your QR-coded ticket, identification and any event communication required for badge collection. Delegates should also carry business cards or digital contact details for networking.
