The EACMC 2026 Latte Art Competition brings together baristas, coffee professionals and emerging talent to showcase creativity, precision and technical skill in the cup.
Taking place during the East African Coffee Markets & Conference, 28–30 October 2026 at Visa Oshwal Centre, Nairobi, the competition will form part of EACMC’s growing focus on coffee consumption, café culture, roasting and the professionals shaping East Africa’s coffee experience.
From clean pours and symmetry to creativity and presentation, competitors will have the opportunity to demonstrate their craft before industry professionals, fellow baristas and a live EACMC audience.
The competition is open to professional baristas, café teams, hospitality professionals, coffee students and emerging barista talent who are ready to put their latte art skills to the test.
Whether you work behind the bar every day or are building your career in coffee, this is an opportunity to compete, learn, connect and be seen.
Competitors will go head-to-head through a series of latte art rounds, producing patterns that test control, consistency, contrast, symmetry, creativity and overall presentation.
As the competition progresses, the strongest performers will advance towards the final round, where the EACMC 2026 Latte Art Champion will be crowned.
